Can't uninstall Ditto application, need help to uninstall

I am trying to uninstall the latest version of Ditto which is a Clipboard Manager but I get the following error message.

internal error cannot find utcompiledcode record for this version of the uninstaller.

I did use CC cleaner to delete the database because I deleted all entries in Ditto and had nothing in my clipboard yet it was still 3GB in size so I decided to use CC cleaner as it was listed in CCC.

In Programs and features it doesn't list the version of Ditto, could this be causing the issue? This is all the info it has for it: Ditto Scott Brogden 13/06/2015 10.2 MB

Can anyone help me uninstall this app please? I do plan on re-installing but I need to fix this first. I tried installing the same version over the top thinking it might replace whatever was missing but it didn't help.

Windows 8.1 64-bit, Classic Shell Ditto: 03.20.54.00 Sqlite version: 3.8.7.4 CCleaner v5.06.5219 (64-bit)
