Qt C++ QListView with sqlite

I cant make a working QListView OR QListWidget (difference?) with sqlite, c++, and on the internet there is not very much... I'm lost from the begining:

List or Widget ?

Add it programmatically or manually ?

The db is automatically created if doesnt exist ?

The address of the file ?

Create the table and add row only the first run. Add row with a button? EXTRA QUESTION Add a picture on the left ?

If you could make a little tutorial/example, for me and the community, would be great ! Thanks !
