Remote access to SqLite database

I am currently building an iPhone app, a dictionary to be precise. I am using a SqLite database for the words, as they are stored locally.

The only problem I have is that some friends are willing to help me populate the database and I don't know how they can do that. As for the moment the database is stored on a server and I want them to be able to access it without them learning how to do so via command line (SSH).

Is there any GUI-application (should run on windows) that can remotely connect via TCP/IP to the computer where the database is stored for the moment so they can add words to it as well?
