SQLite 2.8 Source for Windows

I am searching for SQLite 2.8 Source Code for Windows. I need the whole package, with Makefiles etc.

But I don't know how to build this on a windows machine (and I suppose, I can't do that with source code from a Linux repository). When I type nmake /f Makefile.in then I get only some errors.

Can someone help me
