System.Diagnostic.Debugger.Break when I tried to create SQLite database Windows Phone 8.1

I'm a newbie as Windows Phone developer and I'm trying to make a Mediaplayer app. Unfortunately, I'm stucking with the SQLite database. When I tried to add tracks's name and path to database, I got 'System.Diagnostic.Debugger.Break'. I have no ideal what's going on in my solution. I also read some sample but did not solved at all. I wondered whether or not I miss something. Thanks! Here's my code, SQL database code's in SecondPage.xaml.cs.
