which way for implement android database is better?

As you know there is some ways to create database in android like extends from SQLiteOpenHelper in project classes, use SQLiteManager (firefox plugin) and SQLiteExpert that create .db files. I want to know is there any basic different in their works and which one is match with android and more secure?
