Does Dart have a workable driver for SQLite for console applications?

I want use my own (embedded) small database in my console application.
SQLite database will be enough because it allows you to store the database anywhere.
Is there any possibility to use it in console applications written in Dart language?
How I can connect to SQLite and use it?
