Insert photo on SQLite administrator

I'm not doing any programming here, just trying out SQLite using SQLite Administrator as a GUI, is it possible to insert a photo to a blob column just by using an insert query? how?

Searching only brings me to people trying to insert a photo using android, ios, c#, etc.
