Inserting contacts into android contact data base directly using c#

I'm trying to insert contacts into contacts2.db file directly on windows using c# but there are fields that I don't know how to fill,like lookup in contacts table or normalized_name in name_lookup table or pinned and phonebook_bucket in raw_contacts table...leaving them null results in contacts not showing up on phone and filling them with random numbers makes contact application crash...
