list of open files by Dropbox application

I have Dropbox installed on my laptop and sync is not going on currently. However, I find Dropbox has opened few files opened in the local Temp folder. The file is something like dropbox_sqlite_ext.{5f3e3153-5bce-5766-8f84-3e3e7ecf0d81}.tmpqywmen.dll. Any idea what is this file meant for ? Is it maintaining some local db files specific to my machine in that folder?

Also, is there a way to see the content of this sqlite file through some viewer?
