How to sync data between Android & Nodejs-mongodb backend

I want to sync data between android client(sqlite db) & nodejs-mongodb backend. What libraries, framework api could we use(on both sides: android & nodejs) so that it is easy to build & stable. Additionally we may want data to be deleted from Android, once its sure that it was written to mongodb.
