Build sqlcipher-jdbc to get JDBC jar with SQLCipher

I have a java application.

I'm trying to set a password for SQLite using SQLCipher.

I found this link pointing to sqlcipher-jdbc.

I'm on windows, I've downloaded sqlcipher-jdbc and tried to build it but it fails when running the EncryptedTest, how could I make to succeed and generate this JDBC jar ?

I've made some researches and found this but for Qt link
