Reduce sqlite insertion time on android device

In my app i want to store 4 lac records(with 15 fields) on device using sqlite DB and to fetch/search a record in max 5-6 seconds.I want these records encrypted. The issue i am facing is the time taken in insertion and search(main issue). I have tried with java crypto AES(128) encription. But it take around 1.5 min to search a record from 1 lac records.Also,I used Sqlcipher library but it also takes more time and increase the size of .apk file. Can anybody help me out in this. Thanks
