Android tutorial apk

I am new in android and i am designing app which consists of some instruction or useful tips.I have designed the user interface but now i am stuck with instruction means how should i insert them into my app. The user interface is consists of Forward and Backward button.should i use database or insert them with code???After many search I have only learn, how to insert data through user interface in any app.But what about Preloaded Data which is present in app and also with small size???What should I do???
