How to create an offline android app?

I'm a beginner and I created an dictionary app with simple if..and I thought it would be nice if I used database,so I researched on it and I finally learned to use a sqlite database with an android app.

But the problem is I actually wanted to create an offline dictionary. So the database shouldn't be created at run time and datas must be stored in db before someone install it(I need a read only db).And database should be offline ,not from the sqlite server or anything..

So someone help me with this,give me a link to a tutorial video or something.
