Netbeans project is not working in linux

i am writing code at netbeans in windows . the project has a few library. jssc . jexcelapi and sqlite. my project is working stable in windows. but it is not working in ubuntu . the window . buttons . comboboxs etc are seem but serial port; database and export excel is not working. why do not work library api which including project )
