Update database Sqlite android from web

I wrote an android app that database work offline. But I want sometimes check database in web and if newer , database will update. I'm beginner in android and I don't know what can I do for: 1- How can I put my newer database in web? where? 2- How app can check for newer database? 3- How can replace newer database? Thanks
