Create a SQLite data base with import of acces or MySQL

I would like to create a new data base with SQLite. I install SQLite Manager with Sqlite 3.7.7.1 and php 5.5.8. And I don't know I can import an Access or Mysql data base to create the new SQLite base. Do you know how can I proceed? Thanks.
