Google Chrome: Extacting information from cookies

I am preparing for Digital Forencis with Open Source tools and want to extract information from Cookies of Chrome browser. I used SQLiteman, DB Browser for SQLite but can't determine how to extract information from cookies. Everytime i open .db files for gaining information from it but it always gives error. "Unable to open or create file History. It is probably not a database". (these files has name History, Web Data, Cookie and these files do not have any extension)

When i opened .db files then all data is encrypted =(.

Please clarify what to do?
