Publish c# app with SQLite TableAdapter

i'm new dev, and i have a question.

I changed the database of my mysql app for sqlite but I have a problem in TableAdapter connection string. How do I change the directory? I will need to publish the app and do not know how to do, because every time I change the directory of the app changes the string sqlite file
