EntityFramework 6 with Sqlite DB

I want to use EF6 with Sqlite. I follow up the instruction I found here: http://ift.tt/1fjkFuy

If I now add a new entity model I get some strange error and I found nothink on the Internet to resolve it. :(

Translated it means some think like: "The SelectCommand-Property has not been init befor the call of: 'Fill'."

I checked all references and all NuGet packages are up to date.

Here is my current app.config file:
