Java jFrame and SQLite, to be in .exe file with database

I have NetBeans. I'm using jFrames + SQLite. Is it possible, after that, to be packet in .jar, then in .exe file? Also the database I want to be used somehow, by this .exe file.

How I can do it, if is possible? And database will be in .exe or will be separated file. Can be opened from everyone after that?
