sqlite: Login page windows phone 8.1 winRT

Ok its only fair as a newbie to give in, and give it to you the experts

So i'm trying to make a simple login page using, username and surname saved on my sqlite-net db.

i was following this tutorial

its for a different plaform but i figured, since its all in c# the concept would be the same.
