sqlite database not retrieving updated tables data in android app

sqlite database is not retrieving updated tables data in the database. Some of the tables updated data is left out. Tried with "Reindex All Tables", "Repair" , "Refresh" options to retrieve entire data but no use. Need to change the Database properties or any method to retrieve all the updated data in the database to view in Android application.
