Stuck trying to put data into an sqlite database

I'm trying to save these alarm objects in a list but I don't know sqlite database well and I'm in a hurry, so do you think you can help? I need to add my alarm objects to the listview and save them when returning from the user input section. I tried searching for youtube tutorials but they only cover adding string values to an sqlite database and not a specific object values to a list.
