Synchronizing MySQL with my cakePHP's SQLite

I have Database on MySQL with a table and it's values and I want to synchronize it with my CakePHP's SQLite. Whenever I am searching something, it gives me solution about Android's SQLite. Has anyone done something like this before and if yes, then which programming language or platform is used? (I am using PHPNightrain for my Desktop application)
