Android SQLITE Permanent database on installation

I'm not sure how to construct the sentence properly on the title. But here. I'm currently working on android SQLITE database, creating a dictionary application, but my content on keeps on wiping out every time i install it on different emulators or devices. is there a way to maintain the content i saved manually? and is there a way to easily input so much data. I was planning on using Sqlite browser and manually input each one of them.
