app must wotking without Internet

Im trying to run my app without Internet,all good,without errors,but nothing happened.How can I check that data is saved? That saving in doinBackgroung method.Im try to check Internet connection with isNetworkConnected method,if ==true-set adapter to listview,if!=true -set adapter1 to listview.All working with Internet,but without-its just empty listview on my screen.
