C# Form App SQLite Finisar editting with SqliteStudio

I'm using sqlite database for my C# Form application. For example code I used this and yes, I added SQLite.NET to refrences.

Everything works great when database in created in runtime, but when I try to open an existing database created in SQLiteStudio I get exception unsupported format. When I opet this database.db in SQLiteStudio and only add data new data, its fine after I run the program again. My goal is to be able to create database and export it from studio and just to call it in my code with ofcourse "New=False" and other modifications
