Listview itemclick to fetch ID from SQlite database

I'm using Xamarin Android for my mobile app. I have a list view containing two string from my database, they're arranged using a custom list view. My problem is I want to fetch the unique id of that certain entry whenever I click the Item in the listView. I've tried searching the net but all I've seen is in java and it doesn't seem to be the same when c# is used.
