Register and Login Using PHP and MySQL in Android Application

I am trying to Create Login and Register Activities in Android Application with PHP and MySQL. But no one method will not help me to done this.

I am already tried below method. This method will not pass any error. But not Working for Register and Login.

My Need:

My Application based on ordering the product through android application. That is linked to MySQL Database using PHP. If the user loged in Android Application, then the order should named with logined user name when ordering the product.
