Creating and saving temp files on iPad, for sending to sqli database later

I am making an app for a small company. They need to be able to save some text info on the iPad, then when they get on the network of a db server, it needs to send that data automatically. And when confirmed sent and recieved, delete the files on the iPad (Last one with deleting could be either auto, or manual).

Is this possible on the iPad? Thanks :)
