Creating dynamic pdf from sql datta

I have a program that is made in Python 3.4.1, Flask, and SQLite3.

The program is a auction program that needs to be able to generate PDF receipts of what people have bought as an itemized list of all the items they bought plus a total at the bottom.

I have done a lot of searching and found several things. My problem is I am unsure how to work with a MySQL database.

I need to be able to export different info into different places like for instance their address into the correct portion.

I am fairly new to SQL and python and hope someone can help. I have attached what i would want the thing to look like roughly invoice
