django database & configuration settings.py and urls.py

I have build a realtime notification app using Django(1.8.5). I am using django server, Nodejs as push server, ishout.js[nodejs+redis +express.js API]. So I installed them by following the instructions.

Kindly suggest how following errors can be fixed :

Error:1). Now when I am doing "$ python manage.py shell" , i get this error http://ift.tt/1hnnyvh

Error:2).Django server is starting, it says works and gives this message "You're seeing this message because you have DEBUG = True in your Django settings file and you haven't configured any URLs. Get to work!"

How to get rid of this, What changes do I have to make in settings.py and urls.py file? is it some database related/admin settings problem.
