How to change mode from testing to deployment in RT (Request tracker)

I have installed RT on my server(Linux Red Hat). Installation is done successfully, but I am stuck with initializing database . RT considered SQlite(I think this is only used for testing purpose) as its default database. I want to change it to MySQL as default. How can I change it to MySQL?
