How to save image by capturing from camera and save it on phone memory and save its path to database?

I am creating an app that would take picture from camera or gallery then save it in phone memory and the path of the image to database with title and description. I don't want to save image in sd card. I want those to store on phone memory. I read about this on android developer but couldn't find much info. I am able to open camera take photo then get back it as thumbnail but rest of the functions I am completely clueless how to do it. Can anybody help me with this. PLs
