java.sql.sqlexception: opening db:'DatabaseClient.sqlite ': accesso negato

When I create the jar file with the clean and build of NetBeans. The jar file gives me this message when I open it:"java.sql.sqlexception: opening db:'DatabaseClient.sqlite': accesso negato". I use a database Sqlite. I tried to change the libraries and also the path in the lines of Java code "jdbc:sqlite:DatabaseClient.sqlite", but nothing. How can I solve it?
