Read data from a SQLite Database on Windows 10 Universal App

I've tried a lot of times to do this, but after all of those attempts I failed and now I don't know what to do. I'm creating an application based on the Windows 10 Universal App Platform using C# and I need to read a SQLite database.

I'm actually using as a reference the SQLite version for Universal Apps given on the official website.

My question is: is there a way to get a value from a sqlite database using a normal query?
