android sqlitedatabase for image

I am currently doing an android app for data collection.It simply consists of form with Name,Address,date,type,remarks.Everything went good until I used text fields however as I introduced spinner,image and map location I faced real trouble.I want all the details of my form to be saved in sqlitedatabase and show the saved form in another folder.
