Android/Samsung: TimeoutException: android.database.sqlite.SQLiteCursor.finalize() timed out after 10 second

my Crash Reporter shows some Exceptions, without a really usefull Stacktrace...

i have no idea, what could cause this, seems to be really phone/brand specific (98%SAMSUNG, 2%NVIDIA)

Any ideas how to solve this?
