SQLite not updating database on the real device

I developed an app which encrypts and decrypts a memo text stored on a SQLite database.

It works perfectly on android studio emulator but not on my phone.
The insert operation works fine but the update doesn't.

Note that my android version is 4.2.1 (JellyBean)
