Up to date Android SQLite Tutorial

so I am new to Android programming and I made a Contacts app for practicing which uses fragments and recyclerview. I did everything with REALM as Database and it was very easy to do.

Now I want to do the same with SQLite and I am getting headaches lol, I tried a paid course from Udemy which ended in the half of it, I find many tutorials online but they all seem to differ a lot and I have problems to figure out which is the most standard way to approach it.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could point me in the direction of an up to date SQLite tutorial which follows the standards, shows how to query data from different fragments and is not for experts only. Thanks a lot.
