I am building a cross-platform app along with a website. So i will spin up a server in the cloud. Host the website and install a database on it. The native app and website will stay in sync with each other. So the database will serve and get data from native apps as well as website. I am confused about the choice of database. Does big data database like hadoop is an option. Should i use a relational database like Mysql or oracle. Does sqlite will do the work?
