Fetching all the data having Distinct code

I am having a table namely, mydetailsTable in SQLite consisting path, type, code, package_id as four columns. Now I want to fetch all the rows having unique code.

My Result consists of Path, type, code, package_id but have unique code only.

Please help me out.Thanks in Advance
