I'm a complete noob on Windows, thus the question. I'm trying to install SqLite3. The steps that I've followed till now. 1. Went to this page, http://ift.tt/1AMdXmL 2. Downloaded the precompiled binaries for Windows 64 bit version. This gives me .dll file. 3. Created a folder in my local user directory and moved the downloaded files in there. 4. Used the command prompt to navigate to the dir. The tried running sqlite3. Here's what I'm getting.
'sqlite3' is not a recognized internal or external command.
I've also tried adding this directory to may path, but it keeps giving the same results.
