Sqlite sequential inserts string recognize

I have a program that imports the settings from a file. If I have two settings with the names "bacon is life" and "bacon_is_life" in the same file and insert one after the other, SQLite says "Duplicate 'NAME' key on table 'settings'". But if I import one close the form and import again, the error not happens. What can it be?
