fast local database for windows phone 8.1

I am writing an application which has ~200K rows (4 Tables). One of them has ~170K, others has much less rows. Generally application will use only select operation on local database. I don't need to checking relationship between tables. This database will be only read-only. And it's my question: What's best engine local database which will support fastest selection operation on this db for windows phone. I found that: sqlite, lex.DB, siaqodb. Do you know more or have a knowledge in the subject?
