How to synchronize sqlLite DB for hybrid mobile app email client with MySQL server databse?

I am planning to develop hybrid mobile application email client for an existing email service web application using phonegap.I'm thinking of using SQLLite for offline storage.The Back end for the web application is MySQL.

What I want to know is how can I synchronize the data on the hybrid mobile app on SQLLite with MySQL database on the server?
