Android - Attempt to invoke virtual method 'java.lang.String android.net.Uri.getScheme()' on a null object reference

I have a problem with my application and will appreciate if someone can point where my mistake is.

So, in my app I try to fetch a simple piece of data from the server (parse.com) and then store it in SQLite DB and display it in UI at the end. During the fetching data, my app crashes with following error message (see attached image). Full code is in repository http://ift.tt/1MioHg7
