android - how to get sqlite data then import to sql server

i am trying to build android app for some workers. the purpose is they can input many data to offline SQLite database when they are in the field, then when they comeback to office, they can send all data to SQL server database in our server from their phone. i know we can directly input data to SQL server, but the problem is they don't have signal in the fields. help me please
